Job summary

This hands-on role requires strong budgeting, reporting and stakeholder relationship skills, with experience across facilities management, WHS, and campaigns with marketing to deliver events and activations.

Qualifications

• Previous Centre Management or Retail Management experience within shopping centres.
• Experience using Cirrus8.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Confidence managing budgets, reporting and centre performance.
• Strong retailer and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of facilities management, contractors, WHS and compliance.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple centres and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple shopping centres
• Building strong relationships with retailers, landlords, contractors and key stakeholders
• Driving retailer engagement, customer experience and centre presentation
• Managing budgets, financial reporting, arrears, retailer sales and centre performance
• Supporting leasing activity, Casual Mall Leasing and tenancy mix initiatives
• Coordinating contractors, maintenance and compliance requirements across the portfolio
• Overseeing WHS, essential services and operational standards
• Working closely with marketing to deliver centre campaigns, events and community activations

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager or Retail Manager to oversee a portfolio of shopping centres, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, financial performance, retailer engagement and ongoing asset presentation.

This is a broad, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working across multiple areas of retail property management.

The Role:
