Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a multi-site retail portfolio across Perth's north. Based in the Perth CBD, you will own the full P&L, drive leasing outcomes, and manage retailer and owner relationships with support from a Retail Manager and Facilities Manager.

You will engage with IFM Investors and local stakeholders, report on performance, and shape strategy with both financial discipline and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Centre Manager or equivalent with retail multi-site experience.
• Proven budgeting, reporting to owners, and P&L accountability.
• WA Real Estate licence or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Own centre strategy, budget, and financial performance.
• Lead leasing across the portfolio, including renewals.
• Build relationships with IFM Investors and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the Retail Manager, coordinating with Facilities Manager.
• Engage retailers and local councils as the portfolio's primary contact.
