Eden Academy Harris Crossing is seeking a high‑impact Centre Manager to lead a vibrant, resource‑rich early learning centre and guide a devoted team.

Operate from 6.30am to 6.30pm, foster a safe, inclusive culture, build strong family connections and deliver outstanding learning environments for ~130 children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Legally able to work in Australia.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate held.
• Child Protection awareness and certification.

Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, our centre provides the perfect canvas for 130 children to thrive, and for you to leave a lasting legacy in early education.

About You

As our new Centre Manager, you will:

• Lead with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care

• Builds strong connections with families and supports teams through open, thoughtful communication

What You’ll Bring:

• You'll hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
• Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
• Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• A warm, approachable and professional manner
• You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
