Job summary

Eden Academy Pacific Pines is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager for a 6‑month contract. The centre runs 6:30am–6:30pm and cares for around 112 children daily, with a strong focus on safety and family partnerships.

Bring your Diploma in Early Childhood Education, WWC checks, and Australian working rights. You’ll lead a dedicated team, engage with families, and help our centre thrive within a child-friendly community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and/or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Australian Working Right.
• Professional and warm presentation.
• Engage with families and the local community.
• Two professional references (manager/supervisor).

What You’ll Bring

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Maintain a current Working with Children Check
• Possess Australian Working Right
• Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
