Job summary

SMART AVR Pty, part of AMA Group, is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Nerang operation and drive strong operational, commercial and customer outcomes. The role suits a commercially minded leader who understands financial performance, can interpret a P&L, and excels at building relationships to create new opportunities.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, monitor budgets, and drive revenue growth through customer and insurer partnerships.
