G8 Education is seeking a Centre Manager for our 76‑place Community Kids Narrabri centre to lead daily operations, drive excellence in care and education, and model compliance and engagement for children, families and educators.

This full-time, permanent role offers leadership coaching, budget oversight, staff development, and a positive, inclusive culture. The successful candidate will embrace ongoing professional growth and help refresh the centre environment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar, with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities, with commitment to ongoing professional development.

Our Opportunity

As our Centre Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre. Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, compliance and engagement. We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Community Kids Narrabri to lead our 76-place childcare centre.

We’re looking for a strong leader and role model who is confident in compliance, team leadership and driving continuous improvement, while creating a positive and welcoming environment for children, families and educators.

This role is offered as a Full Time, Permanent position, with the flexibility to consider a compressed working week for the right candidate. The Centre is also receiving an exciting refresh, with new flooring and a fresh paint job taking place over the coming week, creating a fresh and inviting environment for our children, families and team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
