Job summary

G8 Education Ltd in the Gold Coast region is seeking a Centre Manager for Creative Garden Early Learning Centre-Coombabah, a 101-place childcare centre. You will lead daily operations, coach educators, and drive high standards of care, education and engagement.

This full-time, permanent role requires an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education, at least 3 years’ leadership experience, and a current Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar, including leadership.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Creative Garden Early Learning Centre-Coombabah to lead our 101-place childcare centre.
