Job summary

G8 Education Ltd. is seeking a Centre Manager for the Condell Park 28-place centre. Lead daily operations, coach Educators, and design development activities while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You’ll cultivate a collaborative, inclusive culture and drive continuous professional growth across a large national network of centres.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Opportunity

As our Centre Manager you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre. Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and engagement. We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at First Grammar Condell Park to lead our 28-place childcare centre.

This role is offered as a Full Time, Max Term contract for 12 months with probability of extension From November 2026 - November 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.
• Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

What You’ll Bring

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
• A current Working with Children Check
