Job summary

SCENTRE GROUP LIMITED at Westfield Carindale in Brisbane seeks an Administration Manager to lead financial and administrative functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, controls and business planning.

The role is full-time within our operational team, with duty management responsibilities and weekend rosters on a rotating schedule. You will partner with Centre Manager and leadership to drive financial accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative expertise enabling efficient day-to-day office operation.
• Accounting or finance background with experience in P&L, budgeting, forecasting.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence outcomes.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual asset budgets and manage finances to meet budget outcomes.
• Analyze P&L and process monthly accruals and journals including prepayments.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct bi-monthly budget forecasting to maintain accuracy.
• Manage centre daily banking, reconciliations, AP, and office operations.
• Fulfill duty management requirements including weekend roster shifts.
