Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and administrative functions in fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, venues or property.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of annual asset budgets and financial targets.
• Analyse and manage centre profit and loss reports including accruals, journals, and prepayments.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for business decisions.
• Deliver bi-monthly forecasting and financial reporting for performance visibility.
• Manage daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and centre administration operations.
