Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking a Centre Director to lead a Rockhampton site with relocation assistance. You will drive day-to-day operations, embrace our commitments, and foster warm interactions with families while maintaining high standards of care and education.

You will partner with an Educational Leader and Centre Administrator, oversee curriculum and documentation, and work closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow a strong team within a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education or higher.
• Current Working with Children’s Check, Police Check plus PRODA.
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training.
• Completion of required child protection courses (CHCPRT025/001/026/002 or CHCECE057) or willingness to obtain before commencement.
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience growing a team of educators.
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.

Responsibilities

• Live and breathe Green Leaves commitments in day-to-day practice.
• Be supported by Educational Leader and Centre Administrator.
• Run smooth day-to-day operations prioritising children and team.
• Deliver high-quality tours and orientations for families.
• Build connections with local families and networks.
• Ensure compliance with NQS and EYLF requirements.
• Oversee curriculum and documentation with support from partners and Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract Educator talent.
