Excel Early Learning Centres Box Hill (78-place centre) is hiring a Full-Time Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations and ensure delivery of high-quality education and care.

You will mentor educators, foster a positive team culture, build strong partnerships with families and the local community, drive occupancy and compliance with NQF/NQS, and contribute to continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS
• Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality education and care
• Inspire, mentor and support educators to achieve their professional goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives and overall centre performance
• Manage staffing, rostering and centre resources effectively
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve organisational goals
