Job summary

Excel Early Learning Centres Box Hill (78-place centre) is hiring a Full-Time Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations and ensure delivery of high-quality education and care.

You will mentor educators, foster a positive team culture, build strong partnerships with families and the local community, drive occupancy and compliance with NQF/NQS, and contribute to continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS
• Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care while creating a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Working closely with the leadership and support teams, you will mentor and develop educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
