Job summary

Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a 79-place centre in Sydney's area. You will mentor educators, partner with families, and drive continuous improvement across education and care services.

Guided by our values of Individual Care, Quality Education, and Genuine Love, you will ensure NQF/NQS compliance, maintain strong community relationships, and contribute to workforce development through leadership and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience as Centre Director or in a senior leadership position within Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Applicants must have valid Australian working rights; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality education and care
• Inspire, mentor, and support educators to achieve their professional goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant legislation
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives, and overall centre performance
• Manage staffing, rostering, and centre resources effectively
• Work collaboratively with the Head Office Leadership Team to achieve organisational goals
