Job summary

Mini Masterminds Leichhardt is seeking a Full-Time Centre Director to lead operations and deliver exceptional education and care. You will mentor educators, drive continuous improvement, and build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC and current safety certifications. You will ensure regulatory compliance and foster a positive, high-performing team culture, reporting to Head Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current WWCC and relevant child-safety credentials.
• First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the centre ensuring high-quality education and care.
• Mentor, develop and support educators to achieve professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives and overall centre performance.
• Manage staffing, rostering and centre resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Head Office Leadership to achieve organisational goals.
