Mini Masterminds Leichhardt is seeking a Centre Director to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional education and care, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team. You will mentor educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA‑approved).
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood settings.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day centre operations while delivering high‑quality education and care.
• Mentor and develop educators to meet professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Drive occupancy and centre performance through continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, rostering and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Head Office Leadership to meet organisational goals.
