Job summary

Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a 79-place centre in Sydney's area. You will mentor educators, partner with families, and drive continuous improvement across education and care services.

Guided by our values of Individual Care, Quality Education, and Genuine Love, you will ensure NQF/NQS compliance, maintain strong community relationships, and contribute to workforce development through leadership and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience as Centre Director or in a senior leadership position within Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Applicants must have valid Australian working rights; visa sponsorship is not available.

About The Role

As Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and care while creating a positive and collaborative team culture.

Working closely with the Operations and Head Office Leadership teams, you will mentor and develop educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service. About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
