Mini Masterminds Leichhardt is seeking a passionate Full-Time Centre Director to lead the day‑to‑day operations and ensure high‑quality education and care across the service. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA‑approved).
• WWCC current and up‑to‑date first aid certifications.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Centre Director to join our team at Mini Masterminds Leichhardt (32-place centre).

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and care while creating a positive and collaborative team culture.

Working closely with the Operations and Head Office Leadership teams, you will mentor and develop educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on children, families, and their team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership position within Early Childhood Education
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care
