Job summary

Grow Early Education Gunnedah is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead daily operations and guide a team of passionate educators. You will ensure compliance with regulations, mentor staff, and drive outstanding early learning outcomes while fostering strong connections with families and the local community.

You will manage rosters, budgets, and enrolment processes, while promoting ongoing professional development and exemplary standards across the centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved Early Childhood Degree.
• WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Solid understanding of EYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development for Educators.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to staff.
• Ensure high-quality early learning programs delivered by Educators.
• Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
• Oversee centre budgets and financial requirements.
• Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, Educators, and the local community.
• Oversee enrolments, tours and orientation with the Enrolments Team.
