Job summary

Kool Beanz North Queensland is seeking an experienced Centre Director for the Goldsmith site. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on day-to-day service life, guiding operations, learning quality and staff development.

You will lead a high-performing team, nurture relationships with families and the wider community, and deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families across three services in the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a Centre Director or equivalent leadership role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in early childhood education (ACECQA approved).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, NQS and Child Safe Standards.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
