Job summary

Raising Stars Early Learning Centre in Gregory Hills is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead day-to-day operations and provide vision for high-quality learning environments. You will mentor educators, drive a collaborative team culture and ensure regulatory compliance across EYLF, NQS and the AR process.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development and building strong family/community relationships within a large scale centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma required.
• Hands-on experience running a large centre at Director level (min 3 years in a leadership role).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus office admin skills.
• Extensive knowledge of EYLF, National Quality Standards and A&R process.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, creating a positive environment for children.
• Mentor and support a dedicated team of educators.
• Maintain high-level compliance with National Quality Framework requirements.
• Build strong relationships with families, children and the wider community.
• Manage ongoing professional development and educator performance.
• Ensure smooth operations aligned with the centre’s business goals.
