Job summary

The Centre in Hills District, NSW, seeks an experienced Centre Director to lead a 112-place service and guide educators in delivering high-quality care and learning. You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Centre Director.
• Current First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Manager, WWC Check and safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and administration of the service.
• Motivating and supporting educators and guiding the service.
• Liaising with families during tours and enrollments.
• Overseeing the curriculum based on EYLF and NQF.
• Driving quality in practices in line with the National Quality Standards.
• Mentoring and guiding the service philosophy.
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
