Job summary

Little Star Staffing is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a quality early childhood service in Stanhope Gardens, NSW. You will manage a team of educators, drive program quality and ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and EYLF, while fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community.

The role requires prior leadership experience in ECEC, a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Experience as Centre Director, Assistant Director, 2IC or senior ECEC leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead educator team and mentor staff.
• Oversee daily centre operations, staffing and service requirements.
• Maintain compliance with National Quality Framework and related legislation.
• Support delivery of high-quality programs aligned with EYLF.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the Centre's QIP.
