Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Huntly in Huntly VIC is seeking a Centre Director to lead daily operations, mentor a team of educators, and ensure the delivery of top‑quality early learning programs. You will oversee staffing rosters and budgeting while fostering strong relationships with families and the local community.

The role requires a Diploma or ACECQA‑approved degree in Early Childhood, current WWCC and first aid qualifications, and proven leadership experience in an early childhood

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA‑approved Early Childhood Degree.
• Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
• Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
• National Child Protection Certificates (up to Unit 5).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by educators.
• Handling staff rosters and budgeting in line with budget guidelines.
• Establishing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local community, and stakeholders.
• Attracting, converting, and retaining families through tours, enrolments, and orientations with the Enrolments Team.
