Job summary

Goodstart Parkdale is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a 60-place centre full-time on a 12-month fixed-term with leave coverage. You will guide teachers and educators, drive the bespoke learning program, and ensure strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

You will deliver governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning to grow attendance and revenue while maintaining high-quality early learning outcomes. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACE CQA approved).
Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

Responsibilities

Deliver our bespoke learning program developed with global pedagogical leaders.
Build and lead a talented team of early learning professionals and foster reflective practice.
Collaborate with team to plan for the future of the centre and maintain a revenue-generating operation.
