Job summary

Seek is seeking an experienced, passionate Centre Director to lead our 64-place Early Learning Centre in Padstow, NSW. You will inspire educators, oversee operations and foster a positive, professional, and fun workplace.

You will ensure compliance with the NQF and EYLF, drive continuous improvement, build strong relationships with children, families and the community, and create a supportive team culture. Previous Centre Director experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
• Centre Director experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing centre operations, occupancy and staffing.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Recognised child safety certificate/refresher.
• National Police check.
• Mandatory child safety training on Gecko.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of educators.
• Oversee daily centre operations, staffing, rosters and enrolments.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and Assessment and Rating readiness.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
• Create a positive, supportive and engaging team culture.
