Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert is seeking a Full-Time Centre Director to lead the 90‑place centre, guiding operations, ensuring exceptional education and care, and fostering a collaborative team culture. You will mentor educators, build family partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across services.

With a Diploma or Bachelor’s in ECEC and Australian working rights, you’ll oversee compliance, occupancy, and performance while partnering with Head Office to meet

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC and current First Aid/CPR; Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Experience as Centre Director within Early Childhood Education.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality education and care.
• Inspire, mentor, and support educators to achieve their professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation.
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives, and overall centre performance.
• Manage staffing, rostering, and centre resources effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Office Leadership Team to achieve organisational goals.
