Job summary

Mini Masterminds Leichhardt is seeking a Full-Time Centre Director to lead overall operations, ensuring exceptional education and care while cultivating a positive, collaborative team culture.

You will mentor educators, build trusted partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across the service, reporting to Head Office Leadership Team. A strong background in early childhood leadership and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience as Centre Director or senior leadership in Early Childhood Education.
• Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day centre operations ensuring high-quality education and care.
• Mentor and develop educators to achieve professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement, and centre performance.
• Manage staffing, rostering, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Head Office Leadership Team to meet organisational goals.
