Job summary

Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert is seeking a Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding early childhood education and care. This leadership role focuses on mentoring educators, building partnerships with families, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

You will work closely with Operations and Head Office Leadership, ensuring a positive culture, staff development, and compliant delivery of education aligned with EYLF/NQS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Centre Director to join our team at Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre).

About The Role

As Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and care while creating a positive and collaborative team culture.

Working closely with the Operations and Head Office Leadership teams, you will mentor and develop educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service. About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care
