Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Centre Director for Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre). You will lead operations, mentor educators, and foster a high-performing culture while delivering exceptional early learning experiences.

You will partner with families and Head Office, drive occupancy and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with NQF/NQS and relevant legislation. Applicants must have WWCC and current First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) current.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications current.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the centre delivering high-quality education and care.
• Mentor and develop educators to achieve their professional goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and applicable legislation.
• Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives and centre performance.
• Manage staffing, rostering and centre resources.
• Collaborate with Head Office Leadership to achieve organisational goals.
