Grow Early Education Hervey Bay is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead our established team and run the day-to-day operations with passion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience as Centre Director in early childhood setting.
• Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations in line with policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff.

About your new role

Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.

Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.

Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.

Manage staffing rosters efficiently.

Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

A little about you

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA.
