Job summary

Grow Early Education Gunnedah is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead operations, staff development and outstanding early learning programs. You will manage rosters, budgets and compliance while building strong ties with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Degree.
• Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
• Current WWCC and basic first aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in line with legislation and company policies.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all staff.
• Ensure high-quality early learning programs are delivered by Educators.
• Efficiently manage staffing rosters and centre budgets.
• Maintain high standards for centre presentation and practices.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.
• Oversee tours, enrolments and orientation in collaboration with Enrolments Team.

About your new role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all staff.

Ensure that high-quality early learningprograms are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.

Manage staffing rosters efficiently.

Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

Ensure that high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices are practiced consistently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, the local business community, and all other stakeholders.

Ensure you are actively attracting, converting and retaining families by effectively managing and overseeing tours, enrolments and orientation in conjunction with our Enrolments Team

About you

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA.

Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework (EYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.

Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development trainingfor Educators.
