Job summary

Grow Early Education Hervey Bay is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead daily operations, inspire educators and champion high-quality early learning programs. You will manage staffing rosters, guide the team, and oversee the centre’s finances within budget while fostering strong partnerships with families and the local community.

The role offers a supportive management team, progressive development opportunities and a brand-new centre designed for innovative learning environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Degree.
• Experience as Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
• Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Extensive understanding of EYLF, NQS, and QIP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.
• Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.
• Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
• Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.
