Job summary

Nido Early School in Geelong is seeking a Centre Director to lead a thriving service, mentor educators, and ensure outstanding early childhood outcomes. You will oversee rostering, budgeting, and compliance while building strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
