Job summary

Nido Highton is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead a new service, mentor staff, and build meaningful family connections, ensuring every child gets the best start in life. In this hands‑on role you’ll oversee rostering, budgeting, compliance and day‑to‑day operations while fostering trusted partnerships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training completion via Geccko (or willingness to obtain).

• Mentor, guide and support your educators to deliver excellence.

The role: Centre Director

In this role, you’ll set the vision and inspire others. You’ll be hands‑on in mentoring your team, and building meaningful relationships with families.
