Job summary

Nido Early School Ballarat is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead and inspire educators, build family and community connections, and ensure excellent outcomes for children.

You will mentor your team, oversee rostering, budgeting, and compliance, and foster partnerships with families and the community to deliver high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
