Job summary

Nido Early School is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead educational teams, mentor educators, and strengthen connections with families and the community.

You’ll set the vision, model best practice, and ensure children receive the best start in life. This leadership role focuses on rostering, budgeting, and compliance while building trusted partnerships and promoting child safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated National Child Safety Training via Geccko, or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
