Village Early Learning in Wellard, WA is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new early learning centre from day one. You will build a high-performing team, foster a warm culture, and establish strong community partnerships for families and educators.

You’ll oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance under the National Quality Framework, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll champion innovation, support staff development, and manage a generous resource budget for

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Leadership experience at a senior level in early learning.
• Excellent communication skills with families and staff.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Willingness to lead a brand-new centre and drive high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
