Job summary

Nido Early School in Bunbury, WA seeks an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead educators, foster family and community partnerships, and ensure high standards of care and learning.

You'll oversee rostering, budgeting, and compliance, building a respected team through mentoring, strong communication, and proactive leadership. This role demands a commitment to child safety and EYLF/NQS excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Willing to obtain Police Check, WWCC and First Aid certification.

The role: Centre Director

• Mentor, guide and support your educators to deliver excellence.
• Oversee operations including rostering, budgeting, and compliance.
• Build strong, trusting partnerships with families and the community.
• Lead by example in demonstrating consistency, respect, intentionality, collaboration and speaking up.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 October must provide evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko, including Foundation Training (courses 1&2) and Advanced Training (courses 3, 4 & 5), or be willing to obtain these certifications prior to employment.
