• Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director or senior leadership role within early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex service operations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound financial and business management capabilities.
• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant mandatory certifications.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership across the service. You will be responsible for fostering a positive culture, supporting staff development, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of education and care.
