Busy Bees Global is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our Southern River centre in Western Australia on a full-time fixed-term contract. You’ll drive occupancy, lead a high-performing team, and ensure safety and compliance with NQF and WA regulations.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our team at Busy Bees at Southern River on a full-time fixed-term contract. you'll play a key role in leading and developing the team, driving occupancy and quality outcomes, and creating a safe, inclusive and high-quality learning environment where children, families and educators thrive.
