Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Assistant Centre Director (2IC) for our Cameron Park service on a 10-month fixed term contract. You will mentor educators, lead daily operations, and strengthen partnerships with families while ensuring high-quality early learning aligned with EYLF and NQS.

You will step into Centre Director duties when needed, underpinned by a commitment to child safety and continuous improvement within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within the ECEC industry.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) required.
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) required.
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection legislation.
