Job summary

Busy Bees Willetton is seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead our established 72-place service. You’ll focus on sustainability, the Reggio Emilia approach, high quality environments, and a passionate team.

As a leading global early learning provider, Busy Bees supports growth and leadership across over 130 centres in Australia, offering a strong Bee Safe culture and family partnerships. You will drive occupancy, compliance, and educational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF and compliance requirements.

Busy Bees at Willetton is seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead our established Exceeding-rated, 72-place service. With a strong focus on sustainability and the Reggio Emilia approach, you’ll build on the centre’s strong quality foundations, create enriching learning environments and support a passionate team.

What you’ll do

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
