Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Centre Director for Busy Bees Baldivis South, a purpose-built 104-place service. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and financial performance, and build a high-performing leadership team.

With strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and WA regulations, you will foster safety and inclusion, develop partnerships with families and the community, and collaborate with the Area Director to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• ACECQA approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current WA Working with Children Check.
• Experience leading a service (medium to large centre).
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage occupancy, rosters and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our team at Busy Bees Baldivis South, a purpose-built 104-place service located in a beautiful, family-friendly estate.

With occupancy continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to build a high-performing team, drive quality outcomes and shape the future of the service. Our warm, inviting centre features five learning environments and expansive outdoor play spaces.

What you’ll do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-quality early learning service.

• Drive occupancy growth and financial performance in line with budget targets.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).

• Current Working with Children Check for WA.

• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
