Job summary

Nido Riverton is seeking a Chief Centre Director to set the vision, mentor educators, and foster strong ties with families and the community.

You will oversee operations, rostering, budgeting and compliance while guiding a team with collaborative, intentional leadership. A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised) and 2+ years of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Police Check (or willing to obtain), WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

The role: Centre Director
In this role, you’ll set the vision and inspire others. You’ll be hands-on in mentoring your team, and building meaningful relationships with families.

• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.

• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
