Job summary

Busy Bees Willetton is seeking a Centre Director to lead our 72-place early learning service. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive occupancy and financial performance, and nurture a high-performing team within a safety-first, quality-focused culture.

You’ll bring an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, WA Working with Children Check, and deep knowledge of NQF/EYLF. Join a supportive network dedicated to excellent learning and community partnerships.

Busy Bees at Willetton is seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead our established Exceeding-rated, 72-place service. With a strong focus on sustainability and the Reggio Emilia approach, you'll build on the centre's strong quality foundations, create enriching learning environments and support a passionate team.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
