Job summary

Busy Bees Willetton is seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead our 72-place service with a strong focus on sustainability and the Reggio Emilia approach.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, ensure NQF and WA compliance, and build partnerships with families and the local community to drive quality and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
