Busy Bees at Willetton is seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead our established 72‑place service. You will drive occupancy and financial performance, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure compliance with WA regulations and the NQF.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Proven experience leading an early learning service.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and compliance requirements.

Busy Bees at Willetton is seeking an inspiring Centre Director to lead our established Exceeding-rated, 72-place service. With a strong focus on sustainability and the Reggio Emilia approach, you’ll build on the centre's strong quality foundations, create enriching learning environments and support a passionate team. What you’ll do

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑quality early learning service.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
