Job summary

Busy Bees Belmont in Victoria is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our thriving 124-licensed-capacity centre at 326 High Street, Belmont VIC 3216, renowned for strong occupancy and a supportive, collaborative culture.

You will drive occupancy growth and financial performance, mentor a capable leadership team, and partner with families and the local community while upholding the National Quality Framework, EYLF and VIC regulations to ensure child safety and exceptional learning

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and compliance requirements.
