Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Trained in Relevant ALC restaurant - French or Italian food preferred.
• Sponsorship available to the right candidate if required.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple sections.
• Run kitchen pass during the service.
• Portions and wastage control.
• Knowledge of Ordering System and Receiving.
• Knowledge of Stocktaking.
• Ensure consistent and smooth production and service.
